Order Policy

• Once a custom order is placed, no changes can be made. Each custom item is created specifically for you, so please review your design and order details carefully before checking out. There is no exchanges for custom products.

• For non custom items, orders cannot be changed once production or shipping has started.

Refund and Return Policy

• All sales on custom gear are final. There are no refunds or returns on custom products unless there is an error on our end.

• If we made a mistake with your custom order, we will remake the item at no cost.

• Non custom items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Shipping costs are non refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive an item with a defect or an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We will review the issue and provide a replacement if the mistake is from our end.
  

Returns on Stock Gear

• Stock gear can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees from the original order are non refundable.

Production and Shipping

• Custom gear requires a production period. Estimated delivery timelines are listed on each product page.

• Shipping times vary based on location. Delays caused by carriers or customs are out of our control.

• Once an order ships, Spartacus Boxing is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

Cancellations

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed.

• Non custom orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered production or shipped.

Warranty

• Boxing gloves and gear naturally wear down over time depending on usage.

• Our products are designed for training purposes. Damage caused by improper use or excessive wear is not covered by warranty.

• If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Safety Disclaimer

• Boxing and combat sports involve risk. Always train responsibly.

• Spartacus Boxing is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of gear.
