Returns
All sales are final unless there is an issue with the product received.
Spartacus Boxing does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error by Spartacus Boxing.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
To be eligible for review, the item must be unworn and unused, and we may request photos or other information regarding the issue. Depending on the circumstances, Spartacus Boxing may provide a replacement, remake, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
All custom gear is final sale. Custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, sizing preferences, color preferences, or other customer-selected customization choices.
If Spartacus Boxing made an error in producing your custom order or the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will work with you to correct the order, including a remake or replacement when appropriate.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or when appropriate due to an error by Spartacus Boxing.
To report an issue with your order, email spartacus.boxing.co@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
